  •   We were so lucky to stay at Riad Tchaikana. What a perfect refuge it provides after a busy day in the intense, exhausting Medina. Quiet, cool, beautiful, serene. The staff is focused on their guests' comfort, and they go out of their way to help guests maneuver the maze-like streets.

We fell in love with Tchaikana and wish it were closer to home. We'd like to have easy access to the serenity it provides. More

  •   Stayed here during Ramadan 2019, at first I was apprehensive due to the low star classification, but found myself to be very wrong. The staff were exceptional the assistant manger especially so. They went out of their way in ever request and the rooms were suite sizes. I left my wallet at the riad upon departure to further travels around Morocco and they arranged for someone to deliver it to me. Dining at some of the most expensive hotels in Marrakesh in comparison to our treatment here goes without belief. I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much khadija and your team !

Ps the products and breakfasts were great

    Couldn’t recommend further

  •   Don't look any further, Riad Tschaikana is No. 1, book your stay. Great and friendly staff, fantastic situation within Medina, delicious food, super clean rooms and a court yard to spend the entire day in. Excellent.

  •   We stayed here for two nights and Riad Tchaikana is the place to be.

    Nice, elegant, clean and quiet.

Khadija and here team provided for us the best service you can get it.

We booked Kinshasa room, spacious and nice decorated room.

This is all you need in Marrakesh, peaceful oasis in the middle of Medina.

After the complete Morrocan round trip, this was the best place for our family.

    As the Little Prince said:

" The most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or touched, they are felt with the heart."

So, I left a small piece of my heart in Tchaikana.

  •   We stayed 3 nights in the Nomade Suite and loved our time at Tchaikana. Khadija and her team were especially welcoming and helpful. Khadija helped us find our way around the neighborhood on our first day and arranged an all-day tour of Imlil Valley, which was extremely helpful. We chose to eat dinner at the Riad one night, and it was absolutely delicious and a wonderful respite from the hustle and bustle of the main square. Additionally, breakfast on the rooftop every morning was a great way to start each day. We will absolutely recommend this Riad to friends and family as they plan future trips to Marrakech, and we hope to see Khadija and her team again!

  •   We arrived on Feb 1st in the late afternoon and stayed for 5 nights in the suite Tchaikana. Bouchra welcomed us and showed us around. We were offered diner the first night. Good local cuisine, served in the patio. Was a great and warm start of our stay. Bouchra gave us a map and showed us where to go during our stay. Next morning Khadija took us through the neighbourhood. The Riad is located close to the local fruit and spice market in the central Medina. A lively area when one can taste local life. Our suite was large and well decorated. A very quite place, ideal to have a good rest. Our hosts did everything for us to feel at home. They were always around to help, while very discrete. We also had a chance to drink a beer on the rooftop terrace, must be the greatest place for apero a little later in the year - was still a bit cold in the evnings begin Feb. We are warmly recommending this place...such a feel good experience! We booked the Riad through booking.com and reserved a taxi on their site to bring us to the Riad. That was not such a pleasant experience, becasue most taxi drivers do not know how to get there, and one get's lost. Obviously people want to help, but expect money for this. We therefore recommend to use the Riad's taxi service, becasue they... We arrived on Feb 1st in the late afternoon and stayed for 5 nights in the suite Tchaikana. •   We stayed at the Riad for two nights in December 2018. We had the Nomade suite which is a huge room with a nice seating area. It has a big bathroom but no bath, only a shower.

We asked the riad to arrange our transfer from the airport which was easy and straightforward. It's not possible to park at the riad so you are dropped off nearby and met by someone who will take your luggage and show you to the riad door.

We had a friendly welcome with mint tea, and we were then taken to the main square and always shown how to get back!

Breakfasts were very good and filling, and we ate at the riad one night which was good and accommodated vegetarian requirements. All the service was polite but friendly, and the riad itself is quiet and comfortable for the much required respite from the medina. We would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Marrakesh.

  •   The riad is awesome, beautiful maroccan wooden doors, local atmosfere, great breakfast. The staff was very kind and available. They carried us to the local hammam, getting all that we need and allowing us to have a true maroccan experience. The perfect place to start discovering Marrakech.

  •   We highly recommend this traditional riad hotel. Downstairs suite was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff were very friendly without being intrusive. Advice and recommendations were sensible and helpful. Location provided immediate access to old town, and convenient access for excursions elsewhere. Consequently our stay was thoroughly enjoyable.
